Denham has worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for over 10 years across Hong Kong and London.

Having competed at a professional level in Muay Thai across Thailand and Canada, he comes with a wealth of experience, with a strong background in both functional fitness and combat sports.

We asked Denham 5 quickfire questions about his passion for kettlebells and how he stays motivated to train.

What inspired you to learn how to lift kettlebells?

Combat sports inspired me to use kettlebells as most movements correlate to the transitions. 

Does using kettlebells bring a new element to your training? If so, what?

Yes! Kettlebells are a fun, unique and dynamic tool to change up your workout routine. It's also easy to get a solid workout with minimal time and equipment. 

What motivates you to train?

Staying healthy and fit.

What benefits have you seen since incorporating kettlebells into your training?

Coordination and core control.

What is your favorite movement with a kettlebell?

Figure 8s! A fun, ballistic movement that requires you to have a stable core and incorporates a lot of skill and power.
